Frank Skolnik

Frank Skolnik, (Mr Excitement) was born in 1934. He is a personal trainer at Champion Fitness. Frank has been bodybuilding since 1961. Frank had to drop from competition due to cancer in 2002. He returned to cometition in 2003. Started come back at 257lbs. But under direction of gym owner Roger Duchon brought down the weight to 187lbs.

Frank then entered the ANBC Natural Pittsburgh 2003 and went against men 20yrs younger and placed 4th. Then entered the WAR for the SWORD in 2003 and took 2nd place with men 10 to 15 yrs younger.

In 2003 Frank then took the OCB Grand Masters Pittsburgh Golden Triangle Bodybuilding Classic over all winner in his class. This was all after his battle with cancer. Frank has more energy then men half his age. God Bless Frank.
